You spend countless hours training at the track, in the gym, on the road, or in the pool. Don’t let poor nutrition derail your goals. Athletes, no matter the level, have distinctive nutrition needs that must be met in order to make progress and to meet race day goals. Don’t sabotage months of hard work by going into a race under-fueled, depleted of crucial micronutrients, or dehydrated.

If you’re ready to take your performance to the next level with proper nutrition, but don’t want to go on a crazy restrictive diet, I hear you! It’s time to break free of the confines of dieting and learn to fuel your body. I’ll guide you through everyday eating, fueling your training and race day and recovery foods for injury prevention (all while still eating your favorite foods!) to help you reach your performance goals.

Let's work together to develop a personalized plan that will allow you to excel to the next level, perform at your best, prevent or increase healing from an injury, and cultivate sustainable, healthy daily eating habits. Specialized guidance includes:

  • A daily, pre-training, training, and recovery nutrition plan without putting you on a restrictive diet, all while still eating the foods you love

  • Fueling and hydration protocols for specific race day conditions (e.g. heat, humidity) so you won’t hit the wall at your next race

  • Fueling endurance and recovery to increase resiliency and help alleviate injuries

  • Race week fueling and hydration plan, with emphasis on nutrient timing

  • Body composition, weight gain/loss, body fat gain/loss, muscle gain without counting macros, crazy diets, or obsessing about every single calorie

  • Personalized sports nutrition supplement/ergogenic aid recommendations so you don’t throw away money on products that aren’t effective

  • Cultivating a healthy relationship with food through intuitive eating

  • Disordered Eating or Eating Disorder healing through proper fueling

I work with endurance athletes of all levels: beginner, age-grouper, elite/professional | high school or collegiate atheletes | team sports, club sports, or recreational leagues. I’m available virtually nationwide and locally in the Florida/Alabama Gulf Coast region.

A nutrition assessment to begin your journey of optimizing nutrition for improved sport performance. Topics covered include:

  • A brief fueling, electrolyte, and hydration plan

  • Evaluation of current diet

  • Timing of nutrient intake

  • Flexible meal planning (if time allows)

All personalized recommendations will be emailed along with applicable handouts for your future reference.

If you need more guidance after your initial consultation or package, these follow up sessions are perfect for you to get back on track, ask follow-up questions, and further your journey of intuitive eating or performance nutrition.

For athletes who want to ensure your nutrition is optimized for achieving your goals.

An initial consultation & nutrition assessment to ensure you are on track to optimizing nutrition for improved sport performance. A personalized daily and nutrition training plan will be provided along with applicable handouts for future reference. Follow up sessions to revisit and adjust goals to help remove barriers and propel you forward, as well as provide the tools you need to confront arising struggles. 

Includes unlimited email and text support between sessions. It may be advised some concerns are better addressed in a short or full session.

For athletes who want to ensure nutrition is optimized while training during peak season (i.e. 5+ months of the year). This package is especially beneficial to athletes whose top priority is to stay resilient, uninjured, and have a multiple race season and/or reach body composition goals. 

An initial consultation & nutrition assessment to ensure you are on track to optimizing nutrition for improved sport performance. A personalized daily and nutrition training plan will be provided along with  applicable handouts for future reference. Follow up sessions to revisit and adjust goals to help remove barriers and propel you forward, as well as provide the tools you need to confront  arising struggles.

Includes unlimited email and text support between sessions. It may be advised some concerns are better addressed in a short or full session.
