  • A daily, pre-training, training, and recovery nutrition plan without putting you on a restrictive diet, while still eating the foods you love

  • How to fuel before, during, and after all your workouts so you’re never under-fueling or missing key nutrients

  • Effective fueling and hydration protocols for specific race day conditions (e.g. heat, humidity) so you won’t hit the wall or GI distress at your next race

  • Fueling endurance and recovery to increase resiliency and help alleviate injuries

  • Race week fueling and hydration plan, with emphasis on nutrient timing

 One 60 minute Initial Nutrition Assessment

For this initial session, I assess your current diet, training, and lifestyle habits to meet you where you’re at right now. I design a customized nutrition plan based on your needs and performance goals- never a template or cookie cutter meal plan.  

 This plan also eliminates the mentality of foods you have to “give up” and instead focuses on the things you should be including to hit your time goals, body composition goals, and have the best race possible. I’ll help you cultivate a healthy relationship with food so that you never have to go on a diet again.

 My main goal is to help you perform at your best without a crazy strict diet. When we work together, I will never ask you to give up your favorite foods. With this program, we create a sustainable lifestyle that you can stick to long-term in order to reach your goals. 

Bi- Weekly Follow-Up Sessions for Accountability

 These sessions are the key to reaching your goals. We check in with your progress, any issues before, during, and after training, and assess how well you’re learning to fuel your body.

 Training for the Chicago marathon? Or your first Ironman in a hot and humid locale? We’ll cover what’s available on the course and map out a hydration and fueling plan, where to eat locally leading up to race day, and how to train nutrition-wise for the race based on the terrain and environment.
